Hello,

Anyone experienced Oracle database (12c enterprise version on Redhat) intermittent connection issue? We were forced to restart the database, it has not resurface for 2 days since. There is no clue in Alert log or listener log. the user will get the error message when cannot to connect to database:

ERROR:

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory Process ID: 0 Session ID: 0 Serial number: 0

Opened a ticked with oracle support, but there is not any valuable advice yet.

We want to know your experience, solution, or prevention measure if you experienced the issue too.

Howdy, Stranger!
