Hi,

My patch has failed (although has worked previously).

Checking the worker log :-

wferr:

- 1602: Could not save.

- 1400: Could not save to database. MODE=UPGRADE EFFDATE=<null>

- 1401: Could not upload ACTIVITY entity 'UMXUPWD/NTF_PASSWORDRESET'.

- 210: Oracle Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.WF_ACTIVITIES_PK) violated

ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_LOAD", line 1459

Any ideas?
