OTM - Order release Special service duration calculation

Hi All

I am adding a Special service ,Duration and Source/Destination Location in Order release other attribute. The problem is when i have order for same destination or same source the duration does not add it just select the highest value and show it in Activity Time of Shipment. I cannot use the standard activity time in location as the Time is Transaction dependent hence have to work at order level.

Anyone has any idea of how to ensure that OTM add the value of Duration to the Shipment Activity Time. Any Help or workaround is appreciated
