Online accounting could not be created for this transaction

Hi Expert,

In account Payable, after payment, at the time of create accounting.

Getting Note:- Online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please submit the Create Accounting concurrent program with the Report parameter set to Detail to determine the problem.

I did create accounting form Payable Manager.

1. Accounting Program - Phase and Status is Complete and  Warning respectively.

2. Create Accounting - Phase and Status is Complete and  Warning respectively.
