New task is not created while the previous task is debriefed with status "Completed Revisit"

Hello Expert,

A new task is not created while the previous task is debriefed with status "Completed Revisit" for a particular task type (Intv.TANGO).

Both task and debrief is Completed - Revisit without creating a new task. (Please refer below screenshots#1).

The client is expecting a new task should be created while the previous task is debriefed with status "Completed Revisit".

We have checked the other task type (Intv. Standard) then a new task line is created with " In Revisit Planning " while the previous task is closed and debriefed with status "Completed Revisit" (Please refer below screenshots#2).

Do I need to check any PROFILE values or SETUPS?
