CLOB field in Excel template

Hello,

This question is related to Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.150120 (Not BI Apps or EBS)

When a CLOB field is added to an Excel Template in BIP, if the field has user entered comments containing line feeds etc., the Excel Output gets split at these line feeds and other special characters.

Is there a way to ensure that the CLOB field can be output into a single cell in excel so that the output does not get split to multiple lines?
