Error ID 3485 in P4312 PO Receive

Hi team,

I am trying to implement E1 Warehouse Management System (with setting according to doc ID 2100627.2) . To make it simplest as possible, I set up only 1 item for Putaway after PO receive and move to a particular fix location.

Everything has been setup, including UOM conversion (see screenshot of UOM 'Item_UOM_Conversion.png) for a particular item.

To test if E1 could create Putaway Request, I entered a new PO. Then after starting to fill in PO Receive (P4312), I get Error message with error id 3485 (see attachment of the screenshot P4312_Error_ID_3485.png).

How I can troubleshooting for this error message? Or this is the known issues?
