Issue with Siebel LDAP Client authenticatiing with IBM Directory Server 6.4

Hello,

After upgrading the IBM Security Directory Server from 6.3 to 6.4 Patch 11 we are not able to perform LDAP Authentication with Siebel any more. We are getting an error which say's SSL Handshake failed.

Below is the snippet of the error from the logs''

SecAdptLog 3rdpartyTrace 3 0000000259c5707f:0 2017-09-22 16:10:54 ldap_open(marredsdevsales.marriott.com, 636) returns efb7a000.
