Certificate error when enabling Java Web Start on EBS 12.2.7

Hello,

I have upgraded on of our EBS 12.1.3 test instances to 12.2.7. I am trying to enable Java Web Start on this server, but am getting a certificate error.

1. Upgrade to 12.2.7
2. Verify that the correct patches have been applied (Doc ID 2188898.1).
   1. EBS 12.2.7 contains all of the EBS application patches necessary for Web Start.
   2. I applied PATCH 25768948 on Oracle Forms, which should include the bugfixes in PATCH 25441839

2. Change the s_forms_launch_method value in the Context File from 'browser' to 'jws'.

3. Run AutoConfig.

After running these steps and trying to start a Forms app (e.g. System Administrator > Concurrent  > Requests), I receive this error.
