DBA Prior limit
I have 2 Benefit codes both assigned in employee level
1230 with annual limit of 100$. Group limit method 1
1231 with no limit and with DBA Prior limit 1230 Group limit method 1
When 1230 reaches the limit of 100$, 1231 doesn't calculate. The value still stores in 1230. We only use 1230 as one time override but once it reaches the limit, 1231 should calculate already isn't it?
