How to synchronize the claim betwen OTM and AR

We have a claim DED836025 with original amount 96.21. In AR, amount 95.50 has been applied. The left amount 0.71 has been adjusted as small balance. However, in OTM, the claim is still open with 0.71, In such scenario, we usually update

ozf_claims_all to set status_code = 'CANCELLED' for this claim. Is there a way that we can do via application to cancel or close this claim in OTM? Please find details in the attachment.
