HRGLOBAL fails after Patch application with "Error loading seed data for FUNCTIONS: LEGISLATION_COD

Hello Folks,

We've applied the Q3, RUP 10 and YE Phase 1 patches in a test instance for validation. The HRGLOBAL when run after the patch application, fails with the following, " Error loading seed data for FUNCTIONS:  LEGISLATION_CODE = CA, FUNCTION_NAME = CONVERT_PERIOD_TYPE,  ORA-20001: The name 'CONVERT_PERIOD_TYPE' is already used by a Function".

The same error is thrown for Mexico and US legislations as well.

Has anyone else faced the issue?
