Whether the latest FND_STATS patch 16410424:R12.FND.B includes the AUTO SAMPLE feature provided by patch 13443215:R12.FND.B?

After applying this patch what are the parameters that needs to be used for submitting GSS and how to confirm from the backend whether statistics for the tables were collected properly with AUTO SAMPLE option used?
