How to pay new hire after post payroll process

Hi,

We have a scenario, where our payroll payment date is 24th of every month. On 26-Sep-2017, we hired a staff and need to pay for 5 days (26-Sep-2017 to 30-Sep-2017). We already completed the Post Payroll process and we need to pay the 5 days in Sep- 2017 itself and not with Oct-2017 salary.

Note: I'm able to pay the 5 days salary with Oct-2017 salary , however we don't know how to pay the 5 days salary in the current payroll period, itself (Sep-2017) .

Any advice or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
