Data management in Hyperion

Hi All,

I am new to hyperion EPM.My basic requirement is to create a plan v/s budget for a client.We need to create the heirarchy  of entity or account in Hyperion EPM.How to do that?

Does Data manegement creates the heirarchy  while pulling out the data?,,
