Obiee Upgrade from 10g to 11g Addin Issue

We have recently upgraded OBIEE 10g to 11g -- all seems to be working, but when I logon to BI Publisher through the word add in I can see the migrated reports but none of the attached rtf's are showing, I can see them in the online reports.

I need to edit these rtf's

Is there any step or setting when migrating to make theses accessible to the open document box when using the word add in.
