Adjustment period change causing warning message, is it okay?

hello,

Currently we have a 13 periods in a year with one period of 31-DEC-17 as adjustment period. For our business purpose, we need to change the adjustment period as 1-OCT-2017 to 2-OCT-2017. I am able to change the period date and able to use the same.

However, the 'Other - Calendar Validation Report' shows as warning with a violation of the period not in the sequential order. what is the impact ? so far i don't see any issue.

The following periods are not in sequential order by date:

  Year Period Number Start Date Period Name

--------------- ----------------- -------------- ------------------

  2017 1 01-JAN-17 JAN-17
