Impact Analysis of applying ATG Delta 5 patches

We have EBS version 12.2.4  (db 11.2.0.4) and  currently we are on ATG Delta 4 , can someone please  let know what would be the Impact Analysis  on applying Delta  5 patches   ,the modules getting impacted . what should be the test plan for regression testing upon applying the patches.

Whats will  be the  new features  or change if any in user interface ?
