OTM mail issues
We are having an issue when sending an email from the OTM app to an exchange mail server. The problem started a week ago, and nothing on the server or within the app. The emails sent fron the otmprodadvisor@bobevans.corp to the exchange relay relay.prod.bobevans.corp but are not being sent out from there or if they are, it takes two to three hours.
Any help is appreciated.
