Activating Secondary Alpha Name in application P01012

Hello Team,

I want Secondary Alpha Name FIeld to appear on P01012 at the time of entering a new Address book record.

I referred to oracle document and followed the steps given below, but it is not appearing in my env.

Question 10: Is it possible to setup multi-language functionality for Address Book applications?  

Answer 10: Per the current design, only one alternative language can be setup in address book at a given instance. For example, either Chinese (CS) could be setup as an alternative language with English or it could be Korean (KO), but it is not feasible to setup both Chinese and Korean with English simultaneously.
