Not able to apply Discount Price modifier in Service Contract

Hi Team,

We are currently in Oracle Apps 12.2.5 version.

We have set profile value OKS: Use Advanced Pricing for Manual Adjustment Set to Yes in Site Level and OKC: Allow Manual Pricing Adjustments Set to Yes in User level.

While we create a Automatic Discount Modifier, this is getting applied on Service Contract. However, we are making that same Modifier as Manual then no value is coming in the Modifier Number LOV of Adjustment Screen of Service Contract ( From Sub-Line).

Is there any way we can apply a manual modifier on service contract Lines.What set up is needed to show the manual modifier to be shown in the LOV.
