On Status change a future effective date is not comming trough the the status change is halted by pa

Status Change for Salary Adjustment is not being
updated for employee 42406 and  WF process  is “halted” on
Effective Date step. This  salary adjustment was planned to be effective
on 10/07  but the Payroll process was run on 10/5. we know that the system
locks  employee  and prevents any status change when payroll is
running , but we are expecting that status change for salary adjustment be
updated once payroll is done.
