Package build not working after tools 9214 upgrade

We upgraded our TR from 9205 to 9214 for DV910, app 9.1

I fired the full build required post upgrade, but the build is not working.

The database inserts finished fine after 2/3 hours. After that the server build log has no entry. It basically stopped there , without any error. And the package errored out at the end.

I bounced DV services and dep. server and submitted another build today. The DB insert didn't happen, as it already happened yesterday. But again same issue. Server build is stuck.

See the log below. This is from our ent server(AS400).

There is no entry in the log after the below entry for almost an hour now. Same thing happened yesterday. Also, in server manager I dont see th pkg build kernels, shouldn't they be there??
