Seeded Menu Not following Security Profile of Responsibility

Hi,

When Adding the Following Function to a custom itResponsibility , it is not following the Security Profile attached to that resp .

HR_MAIN_APP_CHANGE_SS

function : Mass Change Main Appraiser

Function Name : HR_MAIN_APP_CHANGE_SS

Web HTML Call :  OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/per/selfservice/appraisals/webui/ChangeMainApp&OAFunc=HR_MAIN_APP_CHANGE_SS

Any  suggestions or Ideas  to handle  this .
