Unable to Link Dependent Address to Employee's Address in P08901

Hello,

We are experiencing the same issues as described by Bug 19080131 "Unable to update dependent mailing address to employee's address in the P08901," but we are on 9.2. Is there a known bug or ESU for 9.2 that fixes this that I'm not seeing?

When we go into the P08901 and pull up a dependent from the Address Book, the "Use Employee's Address" checkbox disappears.
