Optimize Concurrent Managers

We are trying to find some reports/queries that can help find how the Conc Managers have been performing over the past 1-3 months and the loads they have been running. The objective is to size the conc Managers effectively increase or reduce the #workers for each manager based on their run loads. Please advice.
