Completed Qty and Amounts not populated in F3102 for B* and C* costs

We are using standard detail costing (costing by WC) and are having an issue that Completed and Scrapped  Qty and Amounts are not populated in F3102 for B* and C* costs only. A1 and A2 quantities and amounts  are showing correct in F3102.
This is happening for orders with or without Scrap. Also production and primary UOM are the same. We have compared 2 WOs with same WCs, same BP ... and one is updated correctly, the other is not. This issue is related to specific Items only and for these Items every single order is showing the same problem

So it is Item specific, however we can't see any difference in set up (BOM/BOR) or costing ( yields and components are different)
