Can we include Shipping LT to customer at MRP run

Hello,

there is a item ,which have lead time of 90 days in item branch, planning fence rule is C and planning fence days is 15.

current scenario in system:-

forecast of item has been entered on 23 sep.

requested date of FC is 29 dec.

run MRP and generate OP message with receivable date is 29 dec and start date is 10 oct

issue is if i receive the PO on 29 dec then i need 30 more days to ship material to customer ,it means material will reach to customer in the end of jan month while promise date on FC is 29 dec , it means material will get delay to reach customer.
