How to add Extract Criteria based on Options in ANSI-834 Full Profile systems extract

We would like to define a criteria for the "ANSI-834 Full Profile" system extract which will be based on Options selected by the employee for the Plan.

We have 2 options for a plan - "Elect" and "Decline".

The vendor only wants the data where employee has selected the Elect option of the plan and the 'Decline" option should not be sent through the system extract.

We do not find any filter criteria to filter based on the Option of the plan. Is there any workaround?
