Can Project billing Integrate with third party receivables system?

Hi,

My client used internal developed receivables system for customer creation, issue customer invoices, collections etc and send monthly sales information to Oracle GL module directly. Now we are planning to introduce project billing module for revenue generation and invoice generation, with basic AR module setup, and interface project invoices to this third party receivables system. Is this supported by project billing? I mean outbound interface from billing to third party application?
