Receiving shell errors in ILOM CLI log and /var/adm/messages

After attaching our T5140 server's net management port to the network, I am getting tons of shell errors.  It looks as if a shell is being run at the command line - I do not know where this is coming from.  It appears to occur every hour:

Oct 10 08:11:39  SC Alert: [ID 814931 daemon.notice] Audit | minor: export PATH=$PATH:/sbin:/usr/sb : Open Session : object = "/SP/session/type" : value = "shell" : error

Oct 10 08:11:40  SC Alert: [ID 105589 daemon.notice] Audit | minor: sh -x /etc/spiceworks_init.sh : Open Session : object = "/SP/session/type" : value = "shell" : error

Oct 10 08:11:41  SC Alert: [ID 412071 daemon.notice] Audit | minor:
