Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

Using hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.create_cust_acct_site api from a custom schema gives error

I am trying to create an address for canada using "hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.create_cust_acct_site api" , which is invoked from a custom schema ,

The API fails with the error "The address cannot be validated because no geography usage exists for this country"

The same address can be created from APPS schema without any issue

Also from the custom schema we can create the address for US without any issue

We enabled the log to capture the error details and see the below error

238915- Exception when others in get_usage_API : ORA-06550: line 1, column 20:

PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object APPS.HZ_GNR_MAP11000
