Link to attachments is not displaying in email notification

Hi All,

I am customizing my Journal Batch workflow to display the attachments link in email.

Created an attribute of type Document with internal name as #ATTACHMENTS and constant value as "FND:entity=GL_JE_BATCHES&pk1name=je_batch_id&pk1value=-&BATCH_ID-".

This is displaying attachments link in user notification but in the email, I do not see the prompt "Attachments" and links to attachments.

Not sure if I miss anything here or this particular workflow do not support #ATTACHMENTS attribute.

Request an urgent help on this.
