ESS R085530 zombies F08351 Cache

We run the R085530 for ESS to build current enrollment.  We get zombies for certain Benefit groups.  We would like to know why.

Also, I have a general question about F08351 in relation to the R085530.  I see that in various articles that it should be in the table of cached tables.  I didn't find it in the F98613.  Should I add it?   If I add it, what would be the rows and memory numbers be set as?
