R41543 Cardex / GL Integrity ..how to investigate

Hi,

Need some insights how to analyze R41543 integrity report .. report prints some documents with 3038 errors and checking on the transactions between Cardex and G/L , that document exists and not sure why R41543 still reports an 3038 error ..
