Analytics charts not displaying in IE browser

I'm having issues with charts in analytics not showing up at all when running reports in Internet Explorer. The reports run fine but charts get "skipped" completely and do not show at all. I'm using IE 11 and I have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed and enabled. When I run the reports with Chrome, they run perfectly. Are there any other system requirements that I need to be aware of?. Any specific settings in IE that could be causing this?
