Item cross reference search after upgrade from 11i to R12

Hi Team,

Our sales department has been complaining about the search of item cross references in Customer Item Xrefs form. Earlier in 11i with partial value (e.g. 50911%) when hit enter it used to open the form with internal item and active flag and now user is not able do it.

In R12, user have to select one item and if it's not active it does not bring any result and user have to search again or scroll over to check if item is active or not. It's time consuming the way they use this form multiple times in day. In our company user for customer parts initials are same and user wants to pull all parts with different color.
