Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Palladion OCOM Voice Quality issue

Hello All,

Need to know more about palladion voice quality.

I setup palladion OCSM 3.4 and it appears to be working well except:

1- Voice Quality MOS graph not show anything and I don't know why. Please help to know more.

2- In PSA when I click on Signaling Protocol Pkts/sec and Packets still equals at zero. I want to know why.
