Currently No functionality to Inactivate the Services team in Services procurement

In PeopleSoft Services procurement user unable to inactivate the existing service team. when we checked the component level the "EffStatus" field is invisible.

hence the user unable to make the changes. Also long back there was an enhance request was given to oracle  at 2015. It seems it was not implemented.

Enhancement Request to Add the Ability to Inactivate a Service Team. (Doc ID 1959796). Also sharing the Bug id for reference 20325543 .
