New GL Ledger not available in Open Close period form and Journal Approval limit form

Created and completed a new ledger for posting GL JE purpose only, no subledgers for this ledger

Able to find the new ledger in

1) Ledger Set,

2) Data Access set,

3) Document Sequence form,

4) can also assign the ledger to Ledger profile for the new GL responsibility

But CANNOT find the ledger in

1) Open/Close period form to open the first period.

2) Journal approval limit form.

Any suggestions what could be the issues?

We recently applied Tech Stack/CPU patch.
