strange problem with fresh 12.2.0.1 installation - parallel query process eats CPU

Hi,

We facing following problem: after several hours of work, one of the DB instances starts generating ppa7 (parallel query process) traces:

IPCLW:[0.0]{E}[WAIT]:PROTO: [1507902448843127]PCNH 0x7f8241992940 deferred delete timer expired pending MSN 1023111152 -> 1023111153

IPCLW:[0.1]{E}[WAIT]:PROTO: [1507902730816022]PCNH 0x7f82419923b0 deferred delete timer expired pending MSN 1050681502 -> 1050681503

2nd side reports 12805 faults:

Process received 12805 signal due to PPA7, instance xxxxxxxxxx (1)
