R12.2.6 Clone error in Windows

Dear Legends,

Kindly find the below issue and let us know for any possible solution

Environment - Applications R12.2.6 on Windows Server 2012 64bit - Database 12.1.0.2 on OEL 6 64bit - Separate Nodes in OVM

We recently upgraded our Applications 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6  and migrated the Database from 10.2.0.3 - 10.2.0.5 - 12.1.0.2 kept on Windows vSphere servers vm.

We wanted to Clone Existing R12.2.6/12.1.0.2 to Test environment. DB Clone and restore went fine, but during the Applications Cloning we hit the below issue.

perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs

Running: FMW pre-req check...

Configuring: Run File System...

Logfile located at E:\oracle\UAT\fs2\inst\apps\UAT_uatapp\admin\log\clone\run\RCloneApplyAppstier_10141615.log
