VAT implementation for Saudi Arabia

Hello,

We are in a process of discussion for implementing VAT for Saudi Arabia in our ERP JDE. Please let us know if Oracle can help us in implementation?
or can you suggest vendors who can help us? (if possible, please provide vendor email id / phone for further discussion)

Note: We are on JDE 9.1 , TR 9.1.4.4 on Sun Solaris 10
