Cycle Count Scheduling for time sensitive items

Hello All,

We currently have a custom cycle counting process that was created several years back when we converted to Oracle 12.1.3 and are now looking to transition back to seeded functionality in Oracle for cycle counting.

One scenario that I am not sure how we can handle as we transition back is where we have time sensitive items that are counted every twice a month based on the  Use By Date(UBD).

Any recommendations on how we can achieve this using standard functionality. Two thoughts we had were.

  1. Create a cycle count for these items with a different calendar and auto-schedule however doesn't address the UBD issue.
