To Create Webserver virtual directory through which pdf file can be accessed from webbrowser

Hi Team,

We are performing POC on Siebel IP 2015 with OHS 11 Webserver.

There is specific requirement from development team to access pdf file from web browser.

Require to create a Virtual directory to access pdf file from web browser.

Could you please suggest is it possible from OHS web browser and Siebel.
