What is the cause of warning 'CAC0001099 - Warning:JDECacheInitX' in jde log?

Hi,

I need some help on the message appear in the jde log for COB as below

CAC0001099 - Warning:JDECacheInitX attempted to create an existing cache(5P03B102A) handle=0599DEA0 with incorrect max cursor #10, existing max #cursors=100

It happen and cause all data selection screen to be blank (when select to change data selection option during submit UBE). It happen to all UBE (standard and customized). It is resolved after restart the JDE services.
