Receiving Inventory Account - how to change balancing segment

I have three balancing segment created for the ledger.

If I try to change the balancing segment existing on the receiving option for Receiving inventory account I didnt get any changement. One of the  balancing segment always appear on the transactions.

So where the system pick up the balancing segment ?
