Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There is Windows 2k12r2 with Oracle FMW 12c installed (Forms, reports, portal). Everything is installed on one domain, is it correct?

WC_Portal is started for a long time, about 40-50 minutes, because of what?
