how to calculate the self assessed tax based on usage of inventory for a given project in project c

Hello,

     We have a requirement  to calculate the self assessed tax  based on the usage of inventory for a given project in project costing ( we do misc issue from oracle inventory to project costing) . As of now the cost of the item does not include the freight , tax and others and we don't have any E-business tax module configured to derive the tax lines( and we are planning to set up ). .

How do we effectively calculate the true cost of the item and send that true cost ( item cost , tax, freight, etc )  to project costing from oracle inventory  when we issue material to project ,is the system capable to create the different expenditures entries  i.e,a different exp for  item cost,exp for tax lines so that we can capture the assessed tax in project costing ? is LCM a solution to this problem ? Please advise.
