Hello.. We are currently running 8.2.2.4 public sector version. To upgrade to the latest version Siebel IP17, what

1. Where to get a reference for exact steps of migration?

2. What are the major features that will impact us?

3. How to get the exact list of features that are available after 8.2.2.4?
